Yo Lemon, You Comin' to the After-After-After Party?

My friends and family like to party. Well maybe not like Tracy Jordan likes to party, but pretty close.

Our reception will end around 11 PM, but I can tell you that the partying will continue long after that. At BM J's wedding (my dad's sister), a majority of our family and the bridal party headed over to the after party and I'm proud to say that my family stayed out until somewhere around 2 or 3 AM.


We got a little crazy. I even have some really embarrassing photos of my Dad being carried "like firemen carry people", but I think I'll spare him and let you guys use your imagination on that one. (Remember this Dad, next time you try to embarrass me with awkward home movies!)

This photo was taken right as we were leaving. Do you see the chairs stacked up behind us? We literally closed the bar that night. And it's still a running joke that our family takes the best photos at 2 AM after a few drinks. ;)

Now, contrary to everything I just said, Mr. Coyote and I are not party animals at all. In fact, a typical Friday night for us consists of eating takeout while watching Family Guy and then passing out on the couch around 9:30. Yeah, I know, be jealous.

That just means that we're not looking for the kind of after-party that Tracy Morgan would be proud of. Instead we're looking for a chill, convenient place where we can hang out and relax with our loved ones after the reception. The whole day goes by in such a blur (at least that's what I've been told!) so we're really looking forward to unwinding and spending some QT with close friends and family during the after party.

And guess what you guys! I think we found something! Brown's Brewing Company is just a few blocks away from the hotel everyone is staying in and I think it's going to be perfect for our little group.

Not only have they offered us some late night bites, but we can also get our own private room as well. Plus, they brew their own beer which is super exciting to a wanna-be beer snob like me.
