Okay, I swear I'm done... For now. In the meantime I'm still debating if I should design my own or outsource it. It was fun to make our save the date and even my bridal shower invitation, but I'm thinking I might leave this one to the pros. There are still plenty of paper goods for the wedding day that I can DIY (programs, menus, escort cards, etc.) and the list seems to be growing longer and longer as the number of days til the wedding grow shorter and shorter!
Did you DIY your invitations or leave it to the professionals?

I commented on your previous post about letterpress. I have decided to shell out for it, however, I am pleasantly surprised with the quote I have received from my designer! I thought you might be interested, just in case. I'm ordering 150 invites (2 colors), 150 rsvp cards (1 color), and 150 reception cards (2 colors) for $800. it's a bit more than I was planning on spending, but way less than what I've been quoted elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteI'm really excited too because the designer has been awesome. She replies fast and takes in all of my ideas. I've received probably 10 electronic proofs at this point, within the past week of us just going back and forth over email. If you are interested, I can give you her name/website. I highly recommend her!
